These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, creativeriz.com (the “Site”), and any related services we provide, such as UI/UX design, 2D animation, and graphic design (collectively, “Services”).   • All pricing and payment terms for services such as UI/UX design, 2D animation, and graphics will be finalized through direct communication between Creative Riz and the client.
  • Payments are to be made in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing and introduce new fees at any time, with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Creative Riz makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Riz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
