1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Creative Riz Design Agency (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website creativeriz.com or communicating with us through WhatsApp, Fiverr, email, or our contact forms (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. About Our Services

Creative Riz is a Pakistan-based creative design agency providing:

  • UI/UX Design
  • Branding
  • Graphic Design
  • Animation

All work is offered on a project-basis, and each project is custom-quoted according to the client’s requirements. We do not offer fixed pricing, subscription plans, or automated checkout on our website.

Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years or older.

3. Project Engagement Process

a. Initial Contact

Clients may reach us through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Fiverr
  • Contact form on our website

b. Project Discussion & Quotation

We discuss the project in detail. After reviewing the requirements, we provide a custom quotation outlining the scope, timeline, and cost.

c. Approval & Production

A project begins only after:

  1. Both parties agree to the scope and terms
  2. The client provides the required advance payment (see Section 4)

4. Payment Terms

a. Advance Payment

A 30% advance payment is required before project work begins. Work will not begin until the advance is received.

b. Remaining Payment

The remaining payment is due either:

  • According to mutually agreed milestones, or
  • Upon project completion before final delivery of source files

c. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Easypaisa
  • Bank Transfer
  • Payoneer
  • Western Union

Note:
We do NOT accept Visa, MasterCard, or online card payments, as our website does not support direct checkout or subscription billing.

5. Revisions Policy

Each project includes a specific number of revisions, clearly mentioned in the quotation.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may result in additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

As a creative service provider, our work requires time and resource investment from the start. Therefore:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered if no work has been delivered AND the project has not been initiated.
  • Once initial concepts or drafts are delivered, the payment becomes fully non-refundable.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

a. Final Deliverables

Upon full payment:

  • Final project files are transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.
  • You receive the rights to use the final approved designs for personal or commercial use.
  • Until full payment, all work remains the property of the Company.

b. Agency Rights

We retain the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, advertisements, and case studies unless you request confidentiality before the project begins.

c. Prohibited Use

Clients may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work
  • Use drafts, sketches, or rejected concepts without permission

8. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and project requirements
  • Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays
  • Supply necessary content (text, images, branding assets)
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content (logos, images, text) you provide

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our website or Services for unlawful or harmful activities
  • Attempt to access our systems unlawfully
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse our website content
  • Submit harmful, defamatory, or illegal material
  • Tamper with our digital assets or payment processes

10. Limitation of Liability

Creative Riz is not liable for:

  • Losses due to delays caused by the client
  • Misuse of delivered designs
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Fiverr, hosting providers)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

11. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
The updated date at the top reflects the latest revision.
Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Pakistani legal practices.
